Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link and number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

How to track

• Open your shipping confirmation email and click Track your order.
• Or sign in and visit Your account > Orders.
• Tracking usually starts updating 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

Need help?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. If it has been longer, or you can't find your tracking details, email info@sientle.com and we'll be glad to help.
