Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add the items you love to your cart, and check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Reach out to info@sientle.com as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the product. Full details are on our Shipping & delivery page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also reply to that email any time if you'd like a status update.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & exchanges page for the full process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express checkout options available on your device (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and others where supported).
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Products
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties vary by product. If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
