Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy from sientle.com. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Our 7-day return window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
  • Free of damage, scratches, scuffs, stains, or marks of use

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items damaged through misuse, mishandling, or normal wear
  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used

How to start a return

  1. Email info@sientle.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and any instructions.
  3. Ship the item back, securely packaged, using a trackable service. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund the cost of the item(s) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The original shipping fee is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (following the process above) and place a new order for the item you want.
