We ship sientle.com orders worldwide from carefully selected fulfilment partners. Here's exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Processing time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. During sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods this may extend by a day or two — we'll always email you if there's a delay.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal carriers, or events outside of our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before paying. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to collect it, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).
