Frequently Asked Questions
How do I ensure the lights charge properly?
For optimal performance, place the solar panel in an area that receives direct, unobstructed sunlight for at least 6-8 hours per day. Ensure the panel switch is set to "ON" so it can charge and activate automatically at night.
Are the bulbs replaceable?
No, these bulbs feature integrated, long-lasting LED copper wires sealed within the shatterproof S17 plastic shell for maximum durability and waterproofing. They are not designed to be replaced.
Can I leave the rope lights out during winter?
Yes. The lights have an IP65 waterproof rating and durable construction designed to withstand typical outdoor weather conditions, including rain and snow.

The delivery shows a photo of the package being placed in the mailbox, but the package was opened and placed outside the mailbox. Luckily, it was still there and functional. I've never seen that before!!!!!

Good quality and great design.
We had some problems, but I solved them.
As expected, very nice, just shipping time too long
These lights look great! the bulbs are made of plastic, which means that they can get scratched but it also means they won't shatter if they hit something when shaken by the wind. the warm white is not particularly warm, but i love them nonetheless
